Can I enter into a Land Contract in Michigan and then within 1 to 2 years refinance with a VA Loan? All States are different so someone with Michigan Real Estate Knowledge please help.

There are no restrictions in Michigan, VA loans do have restrictions, you should make sure the home/price meets VA guidelines.
