If they're in danger of foreclosure, leave it alone. Apparently their lies have caught up to them.

You could report it to the Michigan office of financial and insurance regulation if you can prove it. But if you can’t they will dismiss you as some spiteful crazy crackpot who has too much time on his hands. And if you make public false accusations about others they can sue you for defamation of character or harassment and win big bucks.
