Things To Consider Before Buying Your First Home

The Side of the Street The House is On. The direction your house faces can make a big difference in your enjoyment of every day living. If you like having barbeques and picnics in the back yard, you don’t want to purchase a house that faces East, unless it has plenty of mature shade trees.

Weeding, watering yards, planting flowers, and mowing lawns can take up a lot of time. If you have the extra time, and enjoy yard work then the yard maintenance required isn’t a factor. If you don’t have excess free time, then a high maintenance yard probably isn’t for you.
Weeds grow, like weeds, and can be out of control if they are neglected for just a few days. If garden maintenance isn’t something you want to make a priority, then avoid buying a high maintenance yard. When looking for a low maintenance yard look for automatic sprinklers, small flower beds, perennial flowers, and weed reducing tarps.
