Enhancements in technology have changed the way we find real estate. In the past, newspapers and other printed advertisements were a good source for learning about local real estate for sale. About a decade ago the newspapers began being replaced by a much more effective, interactive, and imformative media the interenet. The internet gave buyers a lot more information than was available from tiny newspaper ads. With the internet, potential buyers got a lot more information and pictures of the homes for sale.
